'UNDER THE ARCH' ELEVENTH NIGHT, NEWTOWNARDS

Every 11th Night local Lambeg drummers gather under the Orange Arch at Francis Street in Newtownards. They play for a couple of hours to a crowd which sometimes reaches a couple of hundred people. This year a loyalist band ( minus their uniforms ) came marching down Mary Street and joined in with a rendition of the Sash.

Coming home on Thursday night
from the prayer meeting in
Carrowdore was met with a stunning
sunset behind Scrabo and looking
towards Belfast.

Portavogie Once Again.

Preached today in our Portavogie Church. Also at the open air witness at the Orange Hall on the Main Road at 8.30pm. Great to have fellowship with the Lords' people down there once again. The Rev John Armstrong is the minister here. Also the Twelfth demonstration is being held in Portavogie this year.
